CBD Research: Lung Cancer

This research was aimed at examining the effects of CBD cannabinoids on the multiplication of breast cancer cells. It was found that it effectively inhibits growth. Published in the National Academy of Sciences.

Studies have been conducted to investigate the effects of THC on epithelial lung cancer growth factor – a particularly aggressive and chemotherapy-resistant form of cancer. Thc has been found to play an important role in inhibiting the growth of cancer, which justifies further research of this matter. It was published in the journal Oncogene.

Studies have been conducted to determine the role of activation of cbd cannabinoid receptor in lung cancer. It was found that both inhibit the growth of cancer cells and increase their apoptosis – a natural process of cell death. Published in the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
